Farm to Table with Heather Merriken and Matt Carmona from Talula’s -SOLD OUT-

We are pleased to have two chefs from Talula’s, Heather Merriken and Matt Carmona share their talents as our guest chefs for our second Farm to Table Dinner of 2022. The menu will be based on fresh and local ingredients and highlight the creative flair and attention to detail that both of these chefs are known for.
Heather is currently the head chef at Talula’s and has formerly ran her own business and worked in NYC with Danny Meyer, Jean Georges and Alex Gurnachelli.
Matt Carmona is currently the Lead Cook at Talula’s and has been part of the Asbury Park and NYC restaurant scene for years working at hotspots such as Brooklyn Egg, Parish Hall and Smorgasburg.
Doors open at 5:30, dinner promptly served at 6pm.
There usually is plenty of parking available in the parking lot next to the farm.
Comfortable shoes are suggested, the farm has mulch and gravel walkways.
This event is BYOB so don’t forget to bring your favorite beer/wine.
