Matthew Collins has run Chef Collins Events- Unique Dinners & Pop Ups in Monmouth County New Jersey since October 2019. We are so excited to have him share his culinary craft once again at Kula!


He is a graduate of the Culinary Program at Freehold High School as well as The Culinary Institute of America. 

With over a decade of experience from many great restaurants in NYC & Europe Matt will bring a creative meal focusing on the bounty of Kula Farm.

Chef Collins is willing to substitute ingredients to offer vegetarian options


5 Course Meal

Butter Dipped Radishes and Turnips

Garden Salad, Preserved Lemon Dressing,

Hamachi, Strawberry, Sorrel and Chili

Roast Chicken, Kale, Sunchoke

Coconut Panna Cotta, Matcha & Bee Pollen



Thursday June 8, Doors open at 5:30, dinner promptly served at 6pm.

There usually is plenty of parking available in the parking lot next to the Farm.

Comfortable shoes are suggested, the Farm has mulch and gravel walkways.

This event is BYOB so don’t forget to bring your favorite drinks.
