Young Masterminds
Launch Center’s Young Masterminds program empowers high school students from under-resourced communities by helping them unlock their potential and broaden their horizons. Modeled after the success of our SOAR program, Young Masterminds offers training that challenges students to shift their mindset, break away from limiting beliefs, and see new possibilities for their future.
The program focuses on three key goals: cultivating each student’s unique talents and abilities, expanding their awareness of the broader community and world, and inspiring them to explore new opportunities through cultural and educational experiences. By introducing students to experiences they may not encounter at home or in school, Young Masterminds encourages personal growth, curiosity, and a sense of possibility.
