Event Details:
Another fun workshop at Kula Urban Farm! We learned how to make Fire Cider...a powerful and simple tonic that helps fight colds and flu. Andreea Fegan, a raw food chef and health coach who loves to teach about cooking with whole, clean ingredients and simple living, conducted the session. Andreea shared the folklore and many health benefits of Fire Cider and then asked everyone to roll up their sleeves and start chopping! Each attendee left with their own home-made jar of Fire Cider and instructions on 'shaking and burping' their concoction. The next workshop "Hydroponics: Grow vegetables without soil" will take place at Kula Farm on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at 1:00 pm. For more information, please go to [email protected].
