Housing affordability is a challenge for so many households and families across Monmouth County. In additional to building for sale affordable housing, Interfaith Neighbors has also contributed to the affordable rental housing stock in Asbury Park’s Westside neighborhood.

To date, Interfaith Neighbors has constructed 8 affordable rental apartments. These homes are rented to low- to moderate-income households.

Interfaith Neighbors in currently in the predevelopment stages for a second mixed use property across the street from the Springwood Center. This new facility, the Marmora Center, will also include affordable rental apartments on the top floor of the facility. It is currently projected the new facility will be completed in 2026. More information about applying to rent one of these new apartments will be posted as soon a possible.
