Kula Farm to Table Dinner By Chef Mark Felz from Trixie’s Supper Club.
Get ready to feast on a cuisine prepared with local, organic in season produce, we’re getting ready for a fabulous fall harvest her at Kula.
Chef Mark Felz started Trixie’s Chicken in 2021, it is a New Jersey-based pop-up/catering business. Named after his grandmother, Trixie’s quickly garnered notice for their unique takes on modern Southern cuisine. These days they take the most joy in creating distinctive supper club events and personalized culinary experiences for their clients and guests, including thoughtful vegan and vegetarian fare.
Friday November 8, 2024, doors open at 5:30, 1st course served at 6:00pm, dessert expected before 8:00pm.

mixed winter greens. blood orange vinaigrette. pickled fennel. biscuit crouton.
roasted squash. mascarpone. sage. honey.
potato pave. chive. brown butter. parm.
porchetta. roasted plum jus. mushroom.
crème brûlée. smoked stone fruit. hibiscus.
There usually is plenty of parking available in the parking lot next to the Farm.
Comfortable shoes are suggested, the Farm has mulch and gravel walkways.
This event is BYOB so don’t forget to bring your favorite drinks.
