​Parkview AP is the first mixed income home ownership program that Interfaith Neighbors has undertaken. The total project includes 10 for-sale properties, of which three were sold to low- moderate-income buyers and seven sold at market rate. ​

Each property consists of a two-story, detached, three-bedroom, 2½ bath home ​and​ a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment above the garage with a flex space.​

Begun in 2018, the Parkview AP project faced many challenges along the way, not the least of which was the COVID health pandemic, which resulted in significant delays in the completion of the project.

In 2023, Interfaith Neighbors closed on the sale of the last of the ten properties. All ten homes were purchased and are occupied by their new homeowners. Any rentals of the garage apartments are managed directly by the homeowners.
