Event Details:
The elderberries are ripe and its time to make syrup! Join us as Leslie Feingold our friend, herbalist and gardener leads in preparing this immune boosting folk medicine. There are many Elderberries growing at the farm and we will take a look at the plants, harvest some berries and learn how to ID this common wild plant. Participants will take home syrup made at the class. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN JAR!
