Join us as Chef Nora Watson from Langosta Lounge shares with us how to make one of her favorite dishes: Kimchi.
Kimchi is a traditional Korean pickle made from fermented cabbage, vegetables, garlic and ginger and is eaten at every meal. In this workshop we will all participate in the making of kimchi and attendees will take home their own jar to ferment at home.
Please bring your own jar if you can!
