‘Restoring the Community’ with Aromatherapy and Meditation.

April 23 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Free

A scene from Teresa’s recent Aromatheraphy Workshop.

Please Join Siarra and Teresa for an afternoon of Aromatherapy Yoga.

At the beginning of class we will pass around relaxing/calming scents of different essential oils for you to choose from. Participants will massage the oils onto their hands, feet, temples, backs of necks to further enhance the healing capabilities of yoga. By combining aromatic essential oils and yoga we will improve the health of the mind, the body and spirit by enhancing the emotional and physical health of our participants.

Teresa and Siarra both have been giving workshops at the Farm and recently bonded when they were scheduled for the same day. They decided to join forces and host an event together.

Teresa Maltz is an avid gardener and teacher who loves to give back to the community. Currently, she works as a Job Coach for the HOPE Program at Allaire Community Farm. She has worked as an Educator for a number of years and has been a registered Horticultural Therapist through the American Horticultural Therapy Association since 2008. Her diverse background includes psychology, education, holistic health, environmental activism, and horticulture. Inspiring people through nature and horticulture is a goal she strives to accomplish.

Siarra Morris has always been on the personal journey to healing and has always been into helping and healing others as well. Her passion for helping others and healing herself birthed Yogi Vibezz. She realized that through connecting mind, body and spirit through meditation and flow of movement, you can enhance your overall daily life with simple routines.
