Join us as Chef Nora Watson from Langosta Lounge shares with us how to make one of her favorite dishes: Kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean pickle made from fermented cabbage, vegetables, garlic and ginger and is eaten at every meal. In this workshop we will all participate in the making of kimchi and attendees will take home their own jar to ferment at home. Please bring your own jar if you can!

The December holidays are full of associations with plants. Learn about the origins and significance of plants that are used during the holidays and make inexpensive crafts and gifts from these plants and others.
