SOAR helps those who qualify maximize their potential and SOAR into a career.  As a SOAR Colleague, you will participate in our intensive success skills training, earn a scholarship into a fast-track professional certification program and become eligible for a wide range of support services to ensure your success!

Automotive Technician

Solar Installer with Commercial Roofing Certificate

SOAR is a highly competitive program and not all applicants will be accepted.
