Interfaith Neighbors is MEETING THE MOMENT when it comes to planning for generations to come. The Springwood Avenue corridor, the heart of Asbury Park’s West Side, will be home to this innovative and state-of-the-art mixed-use facility. At approximately 35,000 square feet, the Marmora Family Community & Education Center will be a welcoming place that addresses problems, provides solutions, and helps realize the potential of all who come through its doors.

The Marmora Family Community & Education Center will:

  •   Add 10-12 affordable rental units
  •  Expand IFN’s Launch Center
  • Provide rental and mortgage assistance
  •  Create affordable early childhood care & education
  • Invest in solutions to address food insecurity
  • Highlight and celebrate the cultural history of the neighborhood

EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING CENTER
$3,000,000

Interfaith Neighbors is MEETING THE MOMENT when it comes to creating a home for affordable, quality early childhood care and education. The 4,200 square foot facility will:  

  • Provide education and enrichment in a caring environment for children three months to three years old
  • Base tuition on a family’s ability to pay
  • Serve as a hub for the entire family, connecting them with additional IFN services, programs and networks

EXPANDED KULA URBAN FARM
$500,000

Interfaith Neighbors is MEETING THE MOMENT when it comes to promoting healthy food. Building a healthier and more equitable community means ensuring access to healthy food options and providing community education around healthy eating and living. The expanded Kula Urban Farm will:

  • Expand the hydroponic growing space
  • Add a three-season learning pavilion for community education and engagement
  • Add a catering kitchen and restrooms to increase rentals and Farm to Table events for the community
