The incubator facility is a shared workspace for business owners and includes high-end private cubicle-style offices, a shared kitchen and conference room. Each office space has been designed to provide private communication services, such as phone and internet.
Office spaces are rented on a monthly basis; the rental rate is $300 per month. Wireless Internet is included in the rental fee. Your firm will independently contract for telephone and private internet services; all other utility costs are included in the rent.
