Seventeen years ago, in honor of Bob’s 50th birthday, our family organized a surprise wiffleball tournament.

Over food, fun, and a little (okay, it was more than a little) competition, we celebrated our beloved father, husband, uncle and friend, whose infectious joy always brought smiles to our faces.

This year, in partnership with Interfaith Neighbors, we are excited to announce the Inaugural Bob K Memorial Wiffleball Tournament, an event dedicated to honoring Bob, who was tragically taken from us in the Summer of 2020.

Bob cared deeply about those less fortunate than himself and made a significant impact in the local community as a landlord for underserved families. Whether it was passing out candy during residence check-ins, scooping Italian ice on hot summer days, or donating basketball hoops, “Mr. Bob” always brought smiles to the faces of his tenants and their children.

Interfaith Neighbors is an organization that shares Bob’s values by providing financial and other vital assistance to lower-income families in Asbury Park and Monmouth County. Therefore, all proceeds from the tournament will be donated to Interfaith Neighbors.

We invite you to be a part of this meaningful event by participating in the tournament and/or making a donation. Your support helps to continue Bob’s mission of bringing smiles to the faces of those in need.

So let’s come together, have fun, and honor the memory of Bob—a remarkable man, who will forever be missed but never forgotten.
