Event Details:

This workshop will explain how you can use free or low cost resources to supply your garden’s soil with more nutrition, beneficial microbiology, and improve its water holding capacity. You’ll learn how to build and maintain a compost pile the right way to reap the many benefits of composting!

Composting is an easy way to help our environment and our gardens big or small. Come to the farm and learn how to get your compost started or give it a boost if you've already begun. If you don't have space for a heap, maybe worm farming or vermiculture is right for you? Come find out!
