This workshop was originally scheduled for April 29 but got postponed due to the weather.
There’s abundance all around us. This workshop will go over the many wild edible and medicinal plants that can be found right in our backyards that can be harvested. We will talk about how to do this sustainably and responsibly while also keeping in mind which wild plants to avoid.

About the presenter:
Lori is new to this area but not to organic farming. She has managed and worked on small scale organic vegetable farms in Pennsylvania, New Mexico, and Louisiana since 2004 and now is the Assistant Manager at the Kula Farm. She received her Bachelors of Science in Horticulture from New Mexico State University with a concentration in sustainable agriculture.
