With over a decade of experience from many great restaurants in NYC & Europe Matt will bring a creative meal focusing on the bounty of Kula Farm.
Chef Collins is willing to substitute ingredients to offer vegetarian options.

Binchotan Grilled Pork, Cow Peas* Squash*, Carrots*
Sweet Potato* Tart, Elderberry Syrup* Chantilly Cream
Doors open at 5:30, dinner promptly served at 6pm.
There usually is plenty of parking available in the parking lot next to the farm.
Comfortable shoes are suggested, the farm has mulch and gravel walkways.
This event is BYOB so don’t forget to bring your favorite beer/wine.
