Event Details:
Homeschool Days at Kula Farm are held each Tuesday from 1:30pm- 3pm. Each week we explore different aspects of farming, gardening, food and nutrition or nature. The classes are generally geared toward ages 4-8 but all are welcome as we discuss topics that some explore into high school. We meet in the rainbow garden unless otherwise specified. Come in either gate, walk past the greenhouse and into the rainbow garden. We try to hold the classes in all weather and are they are always held outdoors.
Lori Garton teaches the classes. She is the assistant manager of Kula Farm. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Horticulture and has been working on organic farms for over 15 years. She is also a homeschooling parent.
