Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been taken for its health for hundreds of years. It has grown in popularity over the past few decades and is now widely available in health food stores and supermarkets.Make it at Home? Yes You Can!
In this workshop we will learn about the process of making Kombucha from start to finish. This is another fun, hands-on workshop and is appropriate for both the first-time Kombucha brewer or someone looking to sharpen their skills.Fear Not!
You will be in good hands! Michele Crosta, yogi, friend of the farm and seasoned Kombucha Brewer will be joining us to share her knowledge, favorite recipes, and personal experience of years successfully brewing at home.SCOBY SHARE
If you or someone you know brews Kombucha, they probably have extra SCOBY's and we will need them for this workshop. Please share this workshop and have them email us. If you don't have friends like that and have no idea what a SCOBY is, no problem.RSVP
