Rediscover your body’s potential through gentle, effective Pilates. Build core strength, boost flexibility, and improve posture with restorative, breath-centered movement rooted in the principles of Joseph Pilates. We'll explore functional movement patterns in preparation for the rigors of gardening.
Perfect for beginners 50+ — no experience needed. Bring a mat and a water bottle.
The cost is $15 per session, with proceeds to benefit Kula Farm. Walk-ins are welcome, though we encourage you to register in advance. For your first visit, come 10 minutes early so that Patricia has a few moments to confer privately about any personal concerns.
Patricia A. Patton comprehensively trained as an instructor with Balanced Body. Over the past 6 years she has worked with different populations in Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, Costa Rica, México and online. She is a super Kula Farm fan, passionate about growing one’s food and regularly volunteers with the Asbury Park Community Farm as one of its master gardeners.
