Learn about using meditation and movement to cultivate health throughout your life’s journey. It’s a perfect way to improve your balance, strengthen your legs, and increase your flexibility.

Over time, Tai Chi can also ease your breathing and improve your posture. It can even extend your longevity! And most importantly, it’s fun!  All are welcome, no experience necessary. 

The class is $20.- to reserve a spot, any proceeds will benefit the Kula Farm.

David Frome, of Frome Physical Therapies is a physical therapist, acupuncturist, and Advanced Rolfer®, he has been practicing holistic physical therapy for over 30 years and has been studying and teaching tai chi for the past two decades.
