We welcome you to join the Kula community on Sunday, November 17, 9:30 – 10:30am for a yoga and meditation session by Stephanie Siciliano.
ALL are welcome and no yoga experience is needed.
Stephanie is a Clinical Social Worker and Trauma Conscious Yoga Teacher. She believes all beings possess the innate ability to heal and support themselves. At her practice, HOWL, Therapeutic Yoga & Counseling Services (httpst://howltoheal.com/), located in Loch Arbour, NJ she guides others in their healing journey through trauma informed practices such as yoga, breathwork, sand tray, and EMDR. Stephanie believes in the power of nature and connection with the earth to deepen the healing process.
