Event Details:
Families of all ages are welcome to join us for a fun yoga flow, Saturday, Nov. 22 at 10 am.
The word “yoga” means “to unite”. Let us come together with those dearest to us to practice movement, breath, and meditation. As we cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves, we are better able to connect with loved ones.
In the spirit of family, this yoga class will center around, loving kindness, and light hearted, laughter, and fun. No experience needed. Accommodations can be made for all bodies. All are welcome to attend.
Only $10.- per adult, kids are free!
Stephanie Siciliano, LCSW and mother of two has been teaching Trauma Informed Yoga to children for over a decade as a therapist and practices yoga as sacred healing at home with her family.
