We will engage in a short yoga practice before we lead into deep meditation, journaling and a chance to connect with beautiful spirited people, who are also on their journey to self healing. Siarra Morris will share tips you can use in your daily practice of self care and kick start your journey to self healing. Siarra has always been on the personal journey to healing and has always been into helping and healing others as well.
Her passion for helping others and healing herself birthed Yogi Vibezz. She realized that through connecting mind, body and spirit through meditation and flow of movement, you can enhance your overall daily life with simple routines.
