Mindful Mothers Day

The event will be focused on self care, mindfulness and mental health of mothers. We will be doing facials, giving away self care tips, meditation, and yoga. We will also have Iyana Anderson, LSW as a guest speaker to mention facts about the positive effects of mindfulness and self care promote a healthy mental state for moms. We will also have a raffle to gift giveaways to the participants.
Siarra is a Yoga instructor from the Jersey Shore. She has always been on the personal journey to healing and has always been into helping and healing others as well. She started out in the healthcare field and after 15 yrs of servicing through nursing homes and hospitals, she wanted to further her career. Her passion for helping others and healing herself birthed Yogi Vibezz in the year of 2020, and she hasn’t looked back since. She realized that through connecting Mind, Body and Spirit through meditation and flow of movement, you can enhance your overall daily life with simple routines.
